Business show on television as you know it is about to be redefined! Today’s Leading Woman is a knowledge transfer, women empowerment, SME and Inspirational initiative, expressed through television broadcast that features intelligent women, spanning from business to entertainment, sports, fashion, politics and within the service industry, doing great things as a Leading Woman. It’s educative, entertaining and engaging.

The program looks at the Leading woman in a position of power, authority and decision making roles in a business environment, how she runs a business and makes decisions that impact other peoples’ lives. It also features her contributions to paving ways for others.

The TV project observes how these women run their businesses, make decisions, lead their team and how these action impact their career, dreams hopes and others while focusing on business strategies, policies and executions of those strategies.

It is designed to answer questions that will add value to the role Women (empowerment) and women owned businesses (MSME’s inclusive) play. The questions will be specific to the owners of the organization /department how those decisions they make affect lives of their staff, organization, community and economy daily.
